SHIPPING POLICY

CarolilyElise Candles accepts orders 24/7, and ships daily Monday-Saturday.  We do not ship on holidays and Sundays.  Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, in the order they are received for retail orders. Business and special orders are shipped within 10-15 days.

CarolilyElise ships via United States Postal Services (USPS) through XPS Ship.  Your shipping rate will be determined upon checkout.  Unfortunately, shipping rates are very high during the pandemic and as much as we would like to waive shipping costs, it is not feasible at this time.  We do encourage combining orders with family/friends in order to reduce shipping fees

RETURN POLICY

CarolilyElise does not accept returns or provide refunds. However, if your product is damaged due to shipping errors upon receipt, please send a picture of the unused, damaged item to CarolilyElise@gmail.com within five (5) days of receipt of package.  The picture must show the candle wick before burning and the broken container (or whatever the damage being claimed is), along with a picture of the packaging.  If it is determined that the item was damaged during shipping, we will replace the item at no charge to you
